At RLG, Ms. Gurudanti will bring her perspective to legal issues corporate clients face and will accelerate the growth of the legal department, according to a press release.
Ms. Gurudanti focuses her practice on corporate and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital.
Most recently, Ms. Gurudanti worked as a member at the Phoenix office of Dentons. While there, she represented multinational corporate clients in the drafting of purchase and sale agreements, management agreements and franchise agreements.
