The Cambria hotel — a seven-story, 127-room project being developed by True North Studio in the Roosevelt Row Arts District — completed vertical construction Tuesday and is on track to open in November.

The milestone for the hotel is “the first domino to fall” in a flurry of projects for True North Studio, said company partner Brendan Marrow. The company is also is working to develop three restaurants: Josephine, Coup de Grâce and Petit Jo, which will open around the same time as the hotel, Marrow said. True North is the landlord for the future Punch Bowl Social.

“It’s really exciting,” Marrow said of the hotel’s progress. “We want to make downtown a destination 30 nights a month, not just on First Friday.”
