Seattle buyer shows some moxy with $26M Peoria buy

Seattle-based Goodman Real Estate has bought a West Valley apartment complex for $26 million.
Goodman acquired Modern on Peoria at 8650 West Peoria Avenue. The multifamily complex has 216 units.
It has been rebranded under the name Moxi. The sale price works out to $120,370 per unit.
The seller was Henley Investments, a British private equity firm. Henley acquired Modern on Peoria in 2017.
Goodman has some other multifamily investments in the Phoenix market.
