Three women looking to make investing in land easier for smaller groups closed on their first investment parcel in the West Valley.

Anita Verma-Lallian, Eileen Jain Sahai and Smita Patil Mehta formed SLM Land Holdings with the goal of allowing people who want to invest smaller amounts to buy in strategic locations.

Verma-Lallian has extensive experience in land investment through her family’s company, Vermaland, but the new venture is not affiliated with Vermaland. Sahai is an attorney, and Mehta is a physician.
