Honor Health has submitted site plans as well as landscaping and elevation designs to the city of Scottsdale for a new 5-story, 116,000-square-foot Neuroscience Institute outpatient clinic building at its Osborn Medical Center campus.

An ambulatory care center could be part of the new building’s future, according to Honor Health’s filing with the city.

The new HonorHealth Neuroscience Institute is on the east side of the downtown Scottsdale hospital campus.

Devenney Group Ltd. Architects are designing the building at 7242 East Osborn Road.
