The proposed location for the long-anticipated Costco in Surprise is the southwest corner of Waddell Road and Sarival Avenue, city documents show.

A 152,904-square-foot Costco warehouse and gas station is planned for 16 acres on that corner, according to the documents, which the The Arizona Republicobtained Wednesday under the Arizona Public Records Law.
