Mark-Taylor submits plans for 552-unit Scottsdale apartment development, hearing slated

Apartment developer Mark-Taylor has submitted plans with the city of Scottsdale for a new 552-unit complex at Hayden Road and Princess Drive.

The proposed San Artes apartment development sits on a 34-acre parcel in north Scottsdale.

Scottsdale-based Mark-Taylor submitted its latest plans with Scottsdale’s Development Review Board. The city panel will hold a public hearing on the Mark-Taylor proposal June 6.

Plans call for 26 percent of the San Artes development or 353,868 square feet, to be open space at the large apartment project.
