Voters in south and west Phoenix head to the polls May 21 to elect the last two council members in a reshuffling that began more than a year ago.

The runoff pits Latinos against African-Americans on the city’s south side and two Latinas in the west. But their contrasting personalities, priorities and approaches to the job could have citywide consequences.

Voters can cast their ballots in person at any of the city’s voting centers from May 18 to May 21. Still not sure whom to choose in Districts 8 and 5? Consider:
