The 65-acre Double R Bar Ranch once owned by singing cowboy Roy Rogers and his wife, actress Dale Evans is looking to rope a buyer at $3.7 million.

A working horse ranch, wedding venue and western movie set are touted as among the Victorville property’s money-making options.

“Entering the ranch is like stepping back into the Wild West,” said Kari Janikowski of Murray Real Estate, who holds the listing.
