A 19-story luxury apartment complex, The Stewart, will open in downtown Phoenix at the end of May. It is located in the former Circles record store building and atop the former Stewart Motor Company.

The Stewart has 47 different floor plans, all named after music icons. Rent will range from $1,500 to $4,500. An apartment on the 19th floor is priced at $6,000/month. The apartment complex will feature the highest rooftop pool in the city.

Location: 800 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix (Central Avenue/McKinley Street)
