Gregg Wolin

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Gregg Wolin is a dealmaker. The Crescent Bay Holdings LLC principal has been in the real estate industry since the 1990s. He’s been in Arizona since 1997 and has kept on making real estate investment and development deals.

Wolin and fellow Crescent Bay principal Geoff Beer have more than $1 billion in deals under their belts.

So, it’s not a surprise a typical day for Wolin involves lots of deal diligence. We caught up with Wolin and asked him to chronicle his day for us.
