Church proposes mixed-use development for Scottsdale project

Impact Church has submitted plans with the city of Scottsdale to bring Class A office space and restaurants to its Core Center development at Hayden Road and Northsight Boulevard.

Impact Church took over the former car dealership and has developed apartments on the north Scottsdale property.

The church had also intended to locate church facilities on the property but now wants to bring Class A offices, retail and restaurants to the Hayden Road site.

New plans call for 124,000 square feet of office space and 70,000 square feet for restaurants and retail, according to plans filed with the city of Scottsdale.

The church hopes to bring a high-end steak house to the mixed-used project  Plans show five new buildings proposed for development.
