Condominiums, apartments and single-family homes are being proposed for a 45.5-acre parcel in Goodyear. The property is currently mostly farmland.

The housing mix are part of plans at the DeRosier Ranch development at Yuma Road and Cotton Lane in the West Valley.

The Goodyear Planning and Zoning Commission will look at DeRosier plans today. Those include 20 condos units, including four casitas.

Developer Urban Fabric Builders LLC also wants to build 109 single-family homes and 94 apartments at the development.

The Roman’s Oasis restaurant and bar is located on a small slice of the property. Urban Fabric’s plans call for Roman’s Oasis to be relocated on Yuma Road, which the city is not paying for.

Goodyear is paying for roadway infrastructure for the development project.
