Jeff Fairman came to Eloy and took over the city’s economic development efforts a little over a year ago.
From the start, Fairman mentioned developing an Economic Development Strategic Plan to serve as a detailed guideline to show how the city is doing, what can be done better and to fix problems.
“It’s an important plan,” Fairman, who was director of the regional economic development foundation years ago, said at an Eloy Chamber of Commerce luncheon in 2018. “What’s important is that everyone is on the same page. We know what we’re after. We know what we’re trying to do. We know what the responsibilities are.”
