Eloy mayor and city staff highlight accomplishments

Mayor Joel Belloc and city staff highlighted some key accomplishments for the past year as well as upcoming projects in the annual State of the City address Thursday.

Some of the accomplishments included the completion of City Hall, a new booster pump and street improvements.

Belloc added that the city is looking at its seventh consecutive award for excellence in financial reporting.

Upcoming projects for Eloy include the renovation of the Police Department, the census’ Complete Count Committee and the Main Street arcade-renovation project.
