By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Mesa’s Planning and Zoning Board will hear a request from Lennar Homes on Wednesday for a proposed 121-unit townhouse development in the Eastmark master-planned community.

Lennar wants to build the development called Eastmark Row Towns on 8.56 acres. The townhouses will have three 3 bedrooms, two stories and total 1,300-square-feet.

Eastmark is on the former GM Proving Ground site in east Mesa. Florida-based Lennar is one of the largest homebuilders in the Arizona market.
