New plans have been filed with the city of the Scottsdale for the proposed Caesars Republic Scottsdale hotel.

The new 11-story luxury hotel is slated to be built at the Scottsdale Fashion Square.

The latest plans submitted to the Scottsdale Development Review Board by developer HCW LLC call for a seventh-floor pool and bar that faces Camelback Mountain. The hotel will have 266 rooms and sits on more than 7 acres next to the Macerich-owned Fashion Square property.

Designs also call for water and fire features on the north side of the hotel along with restaurant and patio. The east side of the Caesars hotel would have a green event lawn adjoining a ballroom facility.

The design and engineering team working on the Caesars hotel, which will not have a casino, include BRP Architects, Olsson Associates, J&M Engineering, CJD and Studio 11 Design.
