Queen Creek considering Ashton Woods plans for 166 homes at Spur Cross

The Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission is considering plans from Ashton Woods at the Spur Cross subdivision at Signal Butte and Ocotillo roads.

Ashton has submitted plans with Queen Creek for 12 different designs to be built on 166 lots at the Spur Cross development. The homes are slated to be built on two parcels at the Spur Cross property.

Floor plans range between 1,580 and 4,420 square feet, according to municipal documents.

The Queen Creek commission is slated to vote on Ashton’s plans Wednesday.
