Scottsdale-based Land Advisors Organization is looking to grow its national real estate brokerage and advisory services business into new markets.
Land Advisors CEO Greg Vogel said his firm has opened a new office in North Carolina and has additional expansion plans in the works. The company now has 25 offices in 10 U.S. states.
“We’re excited about being in Charlotte,” Vogel said of his firm’s newest office. “We are still working on getting into Atlanta and more in the Carolinas.”
Vogel said that includes Raleigh. He said Land Advisors is also working to open offices in Atlanta and Denver.
“We’ve got 65 brokers across the country right now. We keep trading about $1.5 billion to $2 billion land a year,” said Vogel in an interview with the Rose Law Group Reporter. “We have our capital companies. We are aligning a lot of capital and debt for a number of home builders and developers.”
Vogel is optimistic about the economy and real estate market in Arizona. He points regional employment and population gains as well as Phoenix’s affordability compared to not only California and Pacific Northwest but also Denver and Austin.
“We continue to be one of the best, top four, employment markets in the country,” said Vogel noting gains in professional services and technology jobs.
