Plans for the long-dormant Scottsdale Entrada site along McDowell Road are finally beginning to take shape — two-and-a-half years after the project first went before the City Council.
Property owner Sun Chase Holdings recently submitted a master site plan and design concepts for approval to the Scottsdale Development Review Board.
The site, located at 64th Street and McDowell Road, housed auto dealerships in the past during the area’s Motor Mile heyday but has sat empty for years as the property owner prepared plans for a new mixed-used development.
