Micro-hospital slated in Cave Creek

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

A micro-hospital is being considered in Cave Creek.

The proposed Cave Creek Hospital would provide emergency and other medical services. It is proposed for a 4-acre property on Carefree Highway between 52nd and 53rd streets. The land is currently vacant.

United Real Estate Holdings LLC wants to develop the 31,550-square-foot hospital. The Cave Creek Town Council is considering rezoning the property at its meeting today. The land is presently zoned ‘desert rural’. The council is considering changing it to general commercial to allow for the new hospital.

The hospital is next to a Sprouts anchored shopping center currently under construction. If approved, new hospital is slated to open in March 2021.
