Tucson’s Borderlands Brewing opening adaptive reuse microbrewery next to Deer Valley Airport

Tucson-based Borderlands Brewing Company is opening a new microbrewery next to Deer Valley Airport in Phoenix. Borderlands Brewing and Public House is slated to open in August at Seventh Avenue and Deer Valley Road. Borderlands is opening the microbrewery and tap room in a former auto body shop property in north Phoenix.

The Phoenix City Council has given its approval to Borderlands applications for a state liquor license.Borderlands already has a microbrewery in downtown Tucson’s Warehouse Arts District.  The Arizona brewer touts its sustainability efforts in producing craft beers.
