Jim Belfiore is rolling out an app that provides a quick look at the industry’s consultant’s real estate data on the go.
“The data that we produce works really well if you’re on a desktop or a laptop computer but the data doesn’t work really well with mobile devices,” said Belfiore, founder of Belfiore Real Estate Consulting in Phoenix.
The mobile app — that works on both iPhone and Android platforms — allows subscribers to access data for all actively marketed and near-term pipeline communities across the Valley. It even includes lot sizes, floor plan details, base prices, incentive details and sales rate, covering more than 500 active communities in metro Phoenix.
