Boutique, infill project goes before Scottsdale planners

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

A proposed infill, boutique apartment redevelopment is looking to take another step forward in Old Town Scottsdale.

The Clayton Companies wants to redevelop four parcels at 75th Street and Second Avenue into a new boutique apartment building. Clayton has done other projects in Scottsdale.

The new project is called 75 on 2nd.

The 1.1-acre site is currently home to older office buildings. Those will be demolished and replaced with 39 multifamily units. Plans call for a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.

The Scottsdale Planning Commission will consider Clayton’s plans at its meeting today.
