Modern marvel tops July’s highest-priced Valley home sales list

With another month gone by in 2019, the price fetched in the Valley’s top home sale is continuing its steady upward climb in the luxury real estate market.

In July, a 10,512-square-foot Paradise Valley home pulled in $8.5 million to be listed as the top home sale. The home at 5629 E. Joshua Tree Lane was built in 2011 and is tucked in just south of Mummy Mountain with plenty of outdoor space and views of Camelback Mountain.

The home features eight bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. In addition, it features a basement, home theater, wine cellar and lounge. Check out the features of the home in the photo gallery above.
