Plans filed for assisted living redevelopment of Le Cordon Bleu property in Scottsdale

Spectrum Retirement Communities has submitted plans with the city of Scottsdale for redevelopment plans for the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts building.

The cooking school building at Camelback and Hayden roads has been vacant.

Denver-based Spectrum wants to development two and three-story buildings on the site for new, 111-bed assisted living and memory care center.

Spectrum has submitted new site and design plans to Scottsdale for the planned redevelopment.
