More homebuilders are looking at ways to get into the market for offering detached single-family homes for rent.
These residences are a hybrid between an apartment unit and a single-family home. They typically are single-story, detached, with a small backyard patio and include amenities such as a community pool and fitness center.
The rentals range from 700 square feet to 1,000 square feet with monthly rental rates typically ranging from $1,150 for a single bedroom up to $1,500 for two-bedroom homes.
