Veteran CRE dealmaker moves back to CBRE

Veteran commercial real estate executive Charles Miscio has rejoined CBRE.

Miscio has joined CBRE as senior vice president for advisory and transaction services.  He is based in CBRE’s Phoenix office.

Miscio moved to the new job from Colliers International where he served as executive vice president the past 12 years.

Miscio was previously with CBRE from 2000 to 2007.

He has 30 years in commercial real estate and has been involved the redevelopment deal for Park Central Mall and USAA’s Deer Valley campus.

Miscio is also the associate head hockey coach at Notre Dame Prep.
