Avondale is hot spot for development and growth

Things are heating up in Avondale — and we’re not just talking about summer temperatures. When it comes to development, this West Valley city is experiencing phenomenal growth.

Facilitating this growth is Avondale’s location off two major freeways – the busy Interstate 10 and the Loop 101. The completion of the Fairway Drive interchange off I-10 in 2020 will only solidify the city’s growing reputation as a Southwest Valley hot spot.

Avondale’s City Manager Charles Montoya has made economic development his top priority in fulfilling the City Council’s vision and goals.
