Facility to hire hundreds to expand health care access

Banner Health has selected Denver-based NexCore Group to build its $63 million Glendale health center.

Plans call for building a three-story, 130,000-square-foot health center on a portion of the 17.5 acres Banner owns within Cardon Development Group’s Aspera mixed-use development near Loop 101 and 75th Avenue.

In October 2015, Banner paid $5.9 million to CDG Joy I LLC for that parcel, according to filings with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office.
