Gilbert City Hall

The Gilbert Town Council is scheduled to vote today on plans from Blandford Homes for development of 289 single family homes on 82 acres at Greenfield and Chandler Heights Roads.

The Gilbert Council will consider zoning district amendments to allow for Blandford’s plans.

Gilbert once slated the area for a new park. That new park ended up at Recker and Queen Creek roads.
