An arcade bar concept and tattoo parlor are landing in two former restaurant spots in Gilbert’s Heritage District.

Level One Arcade Bar will open in the former Grubstak restaurant location later this year. The concept features video games.

Next door to that, Fifth Estate Tattoo is slated to open in space previously home to an Even Stevens restaurant.

The two new tenants are located next to Clever Koi’s Gilbert location which has been closed because of a kitchen fire.

Gilbert’s Heritage District has become a popular and lucrative restaurant and bar district with top performing locations for the likes of Barrio Queen, O.H.S.O. Brewery & Distillery and Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. Culinary Dropout has opened also opened a new location there.
