Marwest Enterprises has started construction of a new 605,000-square-foot Class A industrial project on 45 acres near the Loop 202 and Ray Road.
The first phase of project has started construction with a 486,000 square foot building and a 119,000 square foot building. The development is called Landing 202
Construction is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2020. The development is the latest growth near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
“Ray Road has been a hotbed for development over the past several years,” said Mesa Councilmanr Kevin Thompson. “Landing 202 will provide even more Class A industrial space for businesses looking to relocate or expand to the Gateway Area, which has become an employment corridor for the region.”
