Paradise Valley condo with elevator, outdoor deck sells for $2.2 million

Most of the homes on the list this week are in Paradise Valley. One couple helped account for two of the deals, buying an award-winning home in Paradise Valley and selling another nearby. A penthouse condo in Paradise Valley was the top deal.

Michael and Teri Kraft of Bismarck, North Dakota, paid cash for this 5,200-square-foot contemporary-style penthouse in Paradise Valley’s Enclave at Borgata. Michael Kraft is the CEO of JK Foods, Inc. a regional grocery retailer based in North Dakota.

The three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom home features two over-sized balconies with views of Camelback and Mummy mountains. The gated complex offers a pool/spa, private dog park, a walking path and a community garden.
