Ken Peterson, vice president of marketing for Shea Homes Arizona, is spearheading corporate involvement and fundraising efforts for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
As chairman of the Light The Night Executive Challenge, Peterson hopes to raise $300,000 toward an overall 2019 Light the Night goal of $1.3 million.
How did you become involved in this fundraiser?
My passion for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Light the Night began when my father was diagnosed with pre-stages of blood cancer two years ago, and we were introduced to LLS’ mission to create a world without blood cancers.
