Valley Partnership event to focus on increased housing demand and costs

Valley Partnership will host its monthly breakfast tomorrow with a focus on home building and residential real estate development.

The event will focus on growing submarkets, costs and rising homebuyer demands.

Jim Belfiore

Jim Belfiore, president of Belfiore Real Estate Consulting will moderate the event. Panelists include Jeremy Ramsdell, vice president of acquisition for Ashton Woods, Lennar Senior Vice President Jeff Gunderson, Ron Hilgart, managing principal of Hilgart Wilson and Susan Demmitt of Gammage & Burnham.

The event runs from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Phoenix Country Club.
