Wisconsin developer looks for Gilbert approval for new apartments

A Wisconsin apartment developer wants to bring a 276-unit new multifamily project to Gilbert.

The Gilbert Town Council will consider plans at its meeting today from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin-based Continental Properties for its proposed Springs at Cooley Station apartments.

The project is slated for 15.27 acres at Recker and Williams Field roads. The Gilbert Council is being asked to rezone the property for the apartments.
