By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Bids are due today for a new planned $24 million parking garage with retail components on Mill Avenue in Tempe.

Arizona State University is developing the new parking garage at Mill Avenue and 10th Street. The site is next to the planned Omni Hotel.

ASU is accepting design build bids for the garage. Plans call for a first phase of the garage to have 830 parking spaces and total 300,000 square feet. ASU also wants to see a 30,000 square foot retail building developed on the site just south of University Drive.
