Chandler considers new apartments on vacant industrial site

The Chandler City Council is scheduled to vote today on a proposed 208-unit new apartment development.

LGE want to develop the three-building, 231-336-square-foot multifamily complex at Nevada Street and Commonwealth Avenue.

The property is vacant and currently zoned industrial.

The Chandler City Council is being asked to rezone the property to allow for apartments.
