Developer to build luxury homes in north Scottsdale

Jason Kush is working his way through the approval process with the city of Scottsdale to begin work on a luxury home development.

The owner of J.P. Kush Construction and of J.P. Kush & Associates LLC, a luxury real estate brokerage firm, told the Business Journal he plans to build six homes on an 8-acre parcel near Jomax and Scottsdale roads, to be known as Lomas Verdes Estates.

He expects to break ground by the end of the fourth quarter and start selling homes early in 2020.
