Eloy hopes to bring in more hotels

City officials are working to attract more hotels to Eloy.

On Tuesday, the Eloy City Council approved a contract with Hotel & Leisure Advisors to prepare a Hotel Feasibility Analysis for $14,000.

The analysis is the first step needed in order to attract new developers and it provides vital information to companies deciding whether or not they want to be located in Eloy.

The study will also make city staff aware of weaknesses so they can then make the necessary improvements to make the city a desirable location for new hotel development.
