Paradise Valley estate hits market with whopping asking price

A Paradise Valley property with a variety of sports amenities has entered the race to become the most expensive home ever sold in Arizona.

The 15,875-square-foot estate near McDonald Drive and Invergordon Road was listed last month with the astronomical price tag of $21 million.

Only two existing Maricopa County homes have higher asking prices, according to Realtor.com listings, topped by a $32 million Scottsdale beauty that hit the market in May.
