By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

One of the south runways at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport will be closed for repairs between Friday, November 1st and Monday, November 4th.

That could cause some flight delays.

Sky Harbor has two other runways that will continue to operate.

The repairs include performing preventative electrical maintenance in the runway area including converting runway lights to LED lighting. There will also be some concrete repairs.

There could be delays with arriving flights on Saturday, November 2nd.

Sky Harbor is one of the busiest airports in the U.S. with major operations for Southwest Airlines (NYSE: LUV) and American Airlines (NASDAQ: AAL).
