Wood Partners submits new Scottsdale apartment plans

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Wood Partners has submitted plans with the city of Scottsdale for a proposed new 330-unit apartment complex.

The apartments are slated for a 5.56-acre property at the northwest corner of Raintree Drive and Pima Road south of the former Sam’s Club site.

Wood is asking Scottsdale’s Development Review Board for site plans approvals. The apartment developer also wants Scottsdale to rezone the property from mixed-use to mixed-use residential to allow for the multifamily project.
