Alliance Residential has put forward plans in Scottsdale for a new residential health care and independent senior living facility at Thomas Road and 61st Place.

The Marvelle Arcadia development is slated to have 150 units on a 5.78-acre property. The property is now home to an older Fry’s Food & Drug grocery store.

The new senior living and health care buildings will be 3 stories, according to plans filed by Alliance with the city of Scottsdale.

Alliance is not asking for any zoning changes to the commercial land but requires site plan and other approvals from the city.
