Barrio Queen owners sell Paradise Valley mansion for $3.2M

The owners of the popular Barrio Queen local restaurant chain sold their Paradise Valley home for $3.2 million, making it this week’s priciest home sale in metro Phoenix. 

$3,200,000

Dennis and Cynthia Lange paid cash using a trust for an 8,255-square-foot gated estate in Paradise Valley’s Susan Acres 1 community.

The open floor plan home has five bedrooms, 6½ bathrooms and comes with contemporary design features that include two master bedroom suites, multiple fireplaces, coffered ceilings and a kitchen with dual marble islands.
