When you are fortunate enough to own a home on Camelback Mountain, it would be nice to actually enjoy the view.
That’s what Cavin Costello, principal architect at the Ranch Mine, thought when the firm he owns with his wife was approached with a renovation project a few years ago.
Costello and his wife Claire typically specialize in new builds, but they will lend their creative juices to remodels if they are extensive or require a unique strategy to balance a structure with its surroundings. This project on Camelback covered both bases.
