Goodyear approves new homes, new industrial lots

The Goodyear City Council has approved development plans for more new homes on the Estrella Parkway and new industrial lots at the Palm Valley Crossing development.

The Goodyear Council approved preliminary plat plans this week by Newland Communities for 40 lots on 18 acres off Estrella Parkway and San Miguel Drive.

The council also approved final plat plans for 6 new industrial lots on 7 acres at the Palm Valley Crossing development at 137th Avenue and Auto Drive.

The Palm Valley land is owned by Goodyear PV Industrial LP. That is an arm of Calgary based real estate and logistics firm the Hopewell Group of Companies.
