Spring Creek Ranch is proposed as a 282 acre master-planned community of off State Route 89A halfway between Sedona and Cottonwood. The development will include approximately 1,900 Manufactured Home lots, 600 Recreational Vehicle pads, 400 Rental Units, and a 200-unit Assisted Living facility. Home lots and RV pads will be similar in size and will be utilized interchangeably. Open space will be preserved and maintained for the benefit of residents and visitors, including an expansive central park area surrounding the Creek and hillsides. 

Owners Eric Borowsky and Lisa Borowsky are anticipating 75 percent of the final number to be manufactured homes.The development is not requesting any height variance, meaning buildings will be under the maximum height allowed by the Yavapai County standard: 35 feet.
