Northrop Grumman celebrated the opening of its new missile defense complex just south of the Loops 101 and 202 interchange last month.
The 633,000-square-foot facility in Chandler is home to 2,500 workers focused on missile-defense work and space launches.
Gov. Doug Ducey lauded the expansion as one of the latest examples of Arizona’s ability to attract “the world’s most innovative companies.”
The technology company is just one of the health care, financial services and tech companies opening or expanding in the southeast Valley.
